If you temporarily do not want to use your card, you can freeze it directly in the Monefit Card app.
To freeze or unfreeze your card:
Open the app
Go to Cards
Select the card
Turn Freeze Card on or off
🛡️ While your card is frozen, it cannot be used for:
Purchases
Online payments
Cash withdrawals
Mobile wallet payments
You can unfreeze your card at any time directly in the app.
Freezing your card is useful if:
You temporarily misplaced your card
You want extra security
You notice suspicious activity
