As a new SmartSaver customer, you’ll receive a 0.25% bonus on every net transfer you make during your first 90 days.
Simply register and verify your account, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your bonus will be added automatically after each transfer! And you can check it by logging in and clicking on the Summary / Earned returns / Signup bonus tab.
Can I use my bonus right away?
Your 0.25% instant bonus will be locked during the first 90 days after verification.
This means you won’t be able to use the bonus just yet, but don’t worry once the 90 days are up, you’ll have full access to your bonus where you can keep it in your Main Account or move it into a new or existing Vault.
What is the maximum bonus amount?
You can earn a bonus amount of up to €1,250. This is based on the maximum transfer limit of €500,000.
What if I withdraw my funds before the 90 days have been completed?
By withdrawing your funds during the first 90 days after verification, this means that any bonus amount you have earned will be recalculated based on the amount withdrawn.
For example, you made a first transfer of €10,000 to you SmartSaver Account where you received a bonus amount of €25, you then decide that you need to withdraw €5,000 within the 90 days, once the withdrawal has been transferred to you, your bonus amount will be recalculated to reflect your actual Account Value at that time.
Why is my Closing Balance different from my Total Wealth?
During your first 90 days after verifying your account, you may notice a difference between the Closing Balance shown in your Account Statement and the Total Wealth visible on your dashboard, once you begin investing.
This is due to the 0.25% Instant Bonus, which is awarded on each net investment made within your first 90 days. While this bonus is visible in your Summary > Earned Returns > Signup Bonus tab, it remains locked and not yet reflected in your Closing Balance during that initial period.
Once the 90-day bonus period is complete and your bonus becomes fully active, it will also be included in your Closing Balance in the Account Statement — making both values align again.
So don't worry — this temporary difference is expected and simply reflects the bonus activation schedule.
