How do I add funds to my Main SmartSaver Account?

You can easily transfer funds to your Main SmartSaver Account from your personal debit card or from a personal/company bank account.


Card Transfer:

If you'd like to add funds via Card Transfer, it’s simple and convenient! Just log into your SmartSaver account and use our quick Checkout Service. Select the Card Transfer option, enter the necessary details along with the amount you wish to transfer, and you’ll see the funds added instantly.

If you've used the same card before, just click on 'See saved cards' and select the card you'd like to use for your transfer.


Bank Transfer:

To add funds through Bank Transfer, this should be done using your banking app. Just copy the Bank Transfer details from your SmartSaver account and remember to include your Customer Reference Number in the Payment Description. This step is essential, as it assists our system to automatically allocate the funds to your SmartSaver account.

In which currencies can I make the transfer?

We only accept transfers in Euro. If you transfer in a currency different than Euro the money transferred will be converted automatically according to the exchange rate of the respective bank or it will be returned to the sender. There may be some loss of funds due to the exchange rate or the bank fee for returning an incorrect payment.

Transfers in Euro can be done easily and at low cost using SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfer. If your bank does not use SEPA transfers, your payment will be automatically rejected. We do not accept SWIFT transfers.


How do I add funds to my Vault?

To add funds to your vault, please ensure you have available funds in your Main SmartSaver account. Once you do, transferring them to your vault is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your SmartSaver account.

2. Click on the vault you wish to add funds to.

3. Select the option to transfer funds from your Main SmartSaver account to your selected vault.

4. Enter the amount you would like to transfer.

5. Click "Add Funds" to complete the transfer.

The funds will then be instantly added to your vault. Please keep in mind that you have an additional 10 days from the date of opening your vault to add any further funds before it is locked in for the full duration of your chosen term.
