A reversed transaction is a payment that was authorised but cancelled before it was fully completed or settled.
↩️ A transaction may be reversed when:
A merchant cancels the payment
A payment attempt fails
A duplicate authorisation is removed
A transaction cannot be completed by the merchant
When a transaction is reversed:
The charge is cancelled
Any reserved funds are released
Your available credit limit may be restored
Depending on the merchant and payment network, a reversed transaction may:
Disappear from your transaction history
Appear as Cancelled or Reversed
Remain visible for a short period before being removed
