A pending transaction is a payment that has been authorised but has not yet been fully processed by the merchant.
⏳ When a transaction is pending:
The purchase amount may be temporarily reserved
Your available credit limit may be reduced
The final transaction amount may still change in some cases
Pending transactions are common for:
Card purchases
Hotel or car rental reservations
Online orders
Merchant pre-authorisations
Once the merchant completes the transaction, the status will automatically update to completed and your balance will be adjusted if necessary.
Most pending transactions are resolved within a few days, although processing times may vary depending on the merchant.
