Yes, you can order a new physical card.
Your first physical card is free. Each new physical card after that costs €9.99.
You might order a new one if your card was lost, stolen or damaged, or if you deleted a card and want a replacement.
To order a card: open the app, go to Cards, select your physical card and follow the on-screen instructions. Delivery takes 5–7 business days to the address you provided when you registered.
The €9.99 fee is added to your balance and appears on your invoice — it isn't charged separately from your debit card.
While you wait, you can keep using your virtual card for online purchases and in stores via Google Pay.
