Changing Bank Accounts:
To change the bank account associated with your SmartSaver account, simply make a minimum transfer of €0.01. This allows our system to securely verify that the new bank account is registered in your name.
Once the transfer is received and allocated, your new bank account will instantly be available for future transfers and withdrawals.
Changing Cards:
To change the card linked to your SmartSaver account, a quick and secure €0 verification transaction will be processed through our checkout system. This allows us to confirm that the card is registered in your name. Once verified, the new card will be saved to your account.
Follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Main' section of your account and click 'Add Funds'.
Under 'Payment Method', select 'Change'.
In the top right corner, choose 'Add New' to add a new payment method.
Enter your card details and click 'Add Card'. A €0 transaction will be used to verify your card.
The card will then be available for any future transfers and withdrawals you wish to make.
Please Note: some cards may not be compatible with certain types of transfers. Before you request a withdrawal, we recommend you check with your card provider to confirm that your card permits domestic debit transactions. This will help ensure a smooth withdrawal experience!
