Before opening your Vault, you first need to verify your SmartSaver account. This can be done by following the steps outlined in our help article here.
Once your account is verified and you have invested €100 or more in your SmartSaver account, you will be able to create a Vault.
To open a Vault, click the "Get Started" button on the Vault section of your Summary page.
From there, you can choose a name for your Vault and the amount you wish to transfer. Please remember that the minimum amount needed to lock in your Vault is €100. After that, you will have 10 days to add as much as you wish to your Vault before it is time-locked for 6 or 12 months, depending on which duration you choose.
We want to make sure you have complete control over your Vault, and with our auto-renewal feature, you can decide if you would like your Vault to be renewed once it has matured. And don't worry, if you change your mind, this feature can be easily adjusted at any time.
