Can I invest funds directly to my Vault?

Direct investments into your Vault via bank transfer or card payment are not currently possible.

To invest in your Vault, you must first transfer funds into your Main SmartSaver account. Once the funds are available in your main account, you can easily move the desired amount into your Vault.

Also, please remember that you have a 10-day window to invest any additional funds into your Vault after it has been opened. This timeframe is important to keep in mind as you plan your investments.

🔁 Transferred funds to a Vault by mistake?

Please note that once funds have been added to a Vault, you won’t be able to move them back to your Main Account on your own.

However, if you contact our team right after noticing the error, we may still be able to help.

✅ Just send us an email from your registered address to [email protected], including the details of the Vault you’d like to fix (e.g. name, amount, or term).

We’ll do our best to assist you and update the Vault based on your preferences. 🤝
