How do I add funds to my SmartSaver account?
You can easily transfer funds to your SmartSaver account using your debit card or personal/company bank account.
Will I be charged?
Monefit SmartSaver does not charge any fees for transferring funds. However, please be aware that your bank or money transfer service provider may apply their own fees.
💳 Card Transfer
Adding funds to your SmartSaver Account using a debit or credit card is fast, secure, and easy.
Steps to Add Funds:
Log in to your SmartSaver Account.
Go to the “Add Funds” section.
Select a saved card or enter new card details
Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Click Continue to complete the process.
Tip: Want to save your new card for future use? Just tick the box during checkout to store it securely.
Use Apple Pay 
If you’re using a compatible device, you can also add funds instantly via Apple Pay which is a quick and seamless option.
⚡Instant Card Transfers
Once the transaction is complete, funds will be added to your Main Account balance instantly.
🏦 Bank Transfer
To add funds via bank transfer, you'll need to use your banking app.
Simply copy the bank transfer details from your SmartSaver account, and be sure to include your Customer Reference Number in the payment description. This is essential to ensure the funds are automatically credited to your SmartSaver account.

In which currencies can I make the transfer?
We only accept transfers in euros (€).
If you transfer in a currency other than euros, the money transferred will either:
Be converted automatically according to the exchange rate of the respective bank
Or returned to the sender
Please note: There may be some loss of funds due to the exchange rate or the bank fee for returning an incorrect payment.
Transfers in euros can be made easily and at low cost using SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfer. Your payment will be automatically rejected if your bank does not use SEPA transfers. We do not accept SWIFT transfers.
How do I add funds to my Vault?
To add funds to any of your Vaults, please ensure you have available funds in your Main SmartSaver account, a minimum of €100. Once you do, transferring to your Vault is a breeze!
Just follow these simple steps:
Log into your SmartSaver account.
Go to the Vault section and click on the Vault you wish to add funds to.
Select the option to transfer funds from your SmartSaver account to your selected Vault.
Enter the amount you would like to transfer.
Click "Add Funds" to complete the transfer.
The funds will then be instantly added to your Vault. Please remember that you have an additional 10 days from opening your vault to add any further funds before it is locked in for the entire duration of your chosen term.
