How can I withdraw funds from my SmartSaver account?
You can easily initiate a withdrawal from your SmartSaver account at any time through your dashboard. You can only withdraw funds to a bank account or card that you’ve previously used to make an investment.
Will I be charged for a withdrawal?
Monefit SmartSaver doesn’t charge for withdrawals. Please remember that your bank or money transfer service provider may impose additional fees for the transfer.
How long will the withdrawal transfer take?
SmartSaver will process your withdrawal within 10 business days after your request. You’ll continue to earn great returns on your funds from the time you request a withdrawal until it’s transferred. This means you can enjoy the benefits of your investment even during the withdrawal period!
Please note that payments may take an additional 1-3 business days to process, depending on the date of your withdrawal request, national holidays, and the bank receiving the funds.
Is there a minimum amount for withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal amount is €50.
If your account value is less than €50, you can only withdraw the exact amount of your account balance. This means that although your balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount, you will still have access to your funds, but the entire balance must be withdrawn.
How do I cancel a withdrawal request?
It’s easy! Just contact us via live chat or email, and we’ll cancel your withdrawal request for you. You have up to 9 days from initiating the withdrawal to request a cancellation.
