You can delete your account in two ways:
Option 1: Request via email
Email us at [email protected] with your full name and a brief description of your request.
We’ll ask you to complete a 2FA verification to confirm you are the account owner.
If you have any outstanding debt, you’ll need to settle it before the deletion can proceed.
Once everything is completed, we’ll confirm that your account — and all associated data — has been permanently deleted.
Option 2: Delete your account in-App
Log in to your Monefit account.
Go to your Profile and select “Delete my account.”
Follow the instructions displayed on screen to complete the process.
