To successfully open and verify your SmartSaver Account, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a personal bank account in the SEPA zone (Single Euro Payments Area)
Have your identity successfully verified by the SmartSaver team, by providing one of the following forms of identification with a visible expiration date, which must be valid within the EU or Switzerland: your Permanent Residency Document, Citizenship Document, Passport, or Driving License.
Family trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other organisations must also have a bank account in the SEPA zone (Single Euro Payments Area).
