How do I add funds to my Main SmartSaver Account?

You can transfer money to your Main SmartSaver Account from your personal debit card or personal/company bank account.

If you choose to transfer through card payments it can be done quickly and easily under your profile through our Checkout Service. Choose transfer through card then add your debit card and details, its that simple. You will be able to see the amount on your SmartSaver account right away.

Transfers in Euro can be done easily and at low cost using SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfer. If your bank does not use SEPA transfers, your payment will be automatically rejected. We do not accept SWIFT transfers.

You will find the below bank details including your reference number within your user portal under the Deposit section. It is mandatory to add your reference number on the transaction in order for us to associate the transfer to your account.

In which currencies can I make the transfer?

We only accept transfers in Euro. If you transfer in a currency different than Euro the money transferred will be converted automatically according to the exchange rate of the respective bank or it will be returned to the sender. There may be some loss of funds due to the exchange rate or the bank fee for returning an incorrect payment.


How do I add funds to my Vault?

In order to add funds to your vault, you will need to have available funds already in your Main SmartSaver account. Once you have funds available in your Main SmartSaver account, you can easily transfer them to your vault by following these steps:

1. Log into your SmartSaver account.

2. Click on the vault you wish to add funds to.

3. Select the option to transfer funds from your Main SmartSaver account to your vault account.

4. Enter the amount you would like to transfer.

5. Click "Confirm" to complete the transfer.

The funds will then be instantly added to your vault. Please keep in mind that you have 10 days from the date of opening to add any further funds before they are locked in for the duration of your chosen term.
