Representative of the Company:
Evidence to show the authority of the representative to act on behalf of the company, residential address information and tax country.
Company:
A copy / photo of Certificate of Incorporation and a copy of commercial register within the last 3 months confirming that the company remains registered on the register of Companies and / or is in good standing, registered office address, country of tax residence.
Ultimate Beneficial Owners of the company, who are owning 25% or more of the legal entity:
A copy of both sides of their valid, local identity card or copy of passport from all Ultimate Beneficial Owners along with confirmation of Residential Address & Tax Country.
Family trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other organisations must have a bank account in the SEPA zone (Single Euro Payments Area).
